Printing & Shipping 

Order turnaround time are generally between 3 – 5 working days for printing and 1 – 3 working days for delivery. Customers will receive an email upon shipment, along with details about how to track their order. Please note that we do not ship to customers outside of the UK mainland at this time.  

 

Some deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery. We cannot offer compensation for any orders that take longer than the quoted delivery times. These quotes are based on estimates from our suppliers and as such they should not be taken as a guarantee of delivery.

 

Orders are printed on behalf of us by our supplier and whilst we trust the quality of products that they produce, Swalky cannot be held responsible for any defects in design printing or overall wear. During such instance we will contact the supplier on the customer’s behalf to seek a replacement.

 

Refund Policy

As our stock is printed on demand for each customer, unfortunately we can only refund/exchange items that are defective or damaged. Defective items are eligible to be returned and replaced within 28 days of delivery. Please send us an email at support@swalky.com and send your return to: 67 Covert Mead, Handcross, West Sussex RH17 6DL. We will then contact our supplier and have a replacement shipped out to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

In all queries relating to faulty goods, we require customers provide photographic evidence so we can investigate the issue. Once a photo has been received, we will investigate and decide whether to accept or reject your claim of a fault. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5 business days.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing courier insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, please check with your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@swalky.com.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Legal

Sales on our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions that cover Swalky Ltd and no amendments will be accepted. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that we do not file copies of customer contracts.
