Swalky® stores your data on Amazon Web Services (AWS) secure cloud server, which is managed by our host Chimpare Designs Limited and is fully compliant with GDPR and PCI Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Our hosting company have implemented physical, administrative and technical measures designed to protect your Personal Data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Swalky® does not store member’s financial information. Our payment-processing provider (PayPal) undertakes password encryption of credit card information for in-app purchases.


Transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure, so we cannot guarantee its security during the transmission process, which is undertaken at your own risk.


Swalky® keeps your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. These periods vary depending on the nature of the information and your interactions with us. You can delete your account data via the “delete account” option, or if you would like us to delete your account for you, please contact us using the details below.

Your rights

Data protection law gives you the right to access your personal information, to object to the use of your personal information for certain purposes. You can erase, restrict or receive a machine-readable copy of your personal information. You can access your personal information via the profile function of the app.
